Job Description
The Sanctuary Retail Attendant is responsible for providing unparalleled customer service in a 5 Star Hotel. We are looking for individuals who are available to work a minimum of two shifts per week, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Individuals must have a knowledge of our golf courses and all resort facilities.
Responsibilities
Daily duties will include:
High school graduate with some college credits. Experience dealing with public. Retail experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
Retail experience, merchandising skills are a must. Computer use with a POS system.

- Exceptional customer service, arranging merchandise, processing transactions, returns and exchanges.
- Maintaining a clean workstation.
- Complying with our Forbes 5 Star Standards.
- Must be able to stand on their feet for the full duration of their scheduled shift.
- Looking for a friendly addition to our team who is dependable, dedicated, and respectful to our guests and fellow team members.
- Must be able to prioritize and follow through with given tasks.
- Knowledgeable of Resort and Hotel activities, daily events, and Resort and Sanctuary facts.
