Retail Inventory Supervisor

The Retail Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the retail warehouse. All merchandise that is allocated to the golf shops, Sanctuary shops and tennis shops flow through the retail warehouse.

Expectations & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising the delivery driver
• Responsible for all data entry into Dataworks, which involves creating and inputting data for products, receiving products in Dataworks and making tags for products as the merchandise comes into the warehouse
• Assists with tagging and coordinating all tagging of merchandise
• Resolves vendor discrepancies
• Responsible for coordinating daily deliveries with the Head Pros and Retail Managers and making sure they are executed to all five golf courses, The Sanctuary hotel, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and other requested outlets.
• Assist with tagging merchandise, organizing the warehouse, and assisting with any other retail projects.
• Responsible for monitoring the shops inventory levels of staple items and transferring merchandise out as needed
• Must keep up with replenishing supplies as needed and keeping the workstations supplied with designated supplies and equipment.
• Must be able to keep the warehouse neat and organized which includes breaking down and transporting boxes to the dumpster daily, moving and organizing boxes constantly
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
• Uphold the core values and policies & procedures of the resort.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have good computer skills
• A valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must possess the ability to remain calm and multi task in a stressful and/or hurried environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Must work both independently and in a team environment.
• Good to excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum weight of 50 lbs. across a short-medium distance.
• Must physically be able to transport required equipment repetitively over the course of an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to sit/stand for the majority of shift while reaching, bending, and stooping.
• Must be able to work on-site due to the daily requirements of the job.
