What you can expect:

• Serve as the “on-course” guest service representative - assisting guests as necessary.
• Escort golfers from the practice area to the first tee, check receipts, and explain the course rules and conditions for play.
• Possess the ability to organize effectively and solve problems all while maintaining the golfers’ schedule and pace of play throughout the day.
• Assist in the maintenance, and cleaning, of the course and grounds during the days’ play.
• Assist Bag Attendants with golf carts, golf bags or other guest needs, as required.
• Deliver the highest level of guest service in compliance with Resort’s established service standards.
• Display courteous behavior and proper communication at all times.
• Assist in the Pro Shop, or any special task assigned by management.
• Be familiar with resort facilities in order to answer guests’ general questions.

What are some qualifications:Required:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent GED required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Clean driving record with a valid licenses
• Team-oriented mentality, with ability to work independently.
• Must be responsible and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Extensive and current knowledge of the game of golf is required.
