KIBALI MEDICAL SPA by Dr. Daniel Man is hiring! We are a medical spa in the heart of Boca Raton. Our Med Spa is across the Boca Regional Hospital right inside the Belle Terre Medical Plaza,
We are hiring for the following position;
-Front desk operator
Ability to provide outstanding customer service and attend clients check ins, forms filling, scheduling appointments and answer phone calls. experience with Mindbody software is a big plus. Sales experieince is a bonus and skin care knowledge/experience.
We are looking for someone who has the following;
-friendly and polite attitude
-knows how to use, word/power point/excel.
-comfortable using the internet, email and search engines
-comfortable with multi-tasking
-ability to check in and check out clients, and rebook/reschedule clients
-ability to answer phone calls, confirm appointments, rebook/reschedule clients if needed.
-familiar with Mindbody Software is a bonus
-Experience with online marketing is a bonus
-prior med spa work/skin care experience is a bonus
