Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail and Gallery Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture, bedding, accessories, art and more, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and engaging shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide expert product knowledge to guide their purchasing decisions.
- Assist customers with product selection, including furniture, bedding, and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Restock, replenish, and merchandise inventory as needed.
- Provide custom quotes for furniture or other items as guided by customers.
- Share a depth of knowledge with our customers of our vendors, inventory, and customization opportunities.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of new inventory.
- Interface and coordinate with artists on behalf of the gallery
- Schedule home delivery of purchased items and coordinate with delivery team.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the shopping experience.

Experience Requirements:
- 2 years relevant work experience using the above skills preferred
- An interest and passion in furniture, art and interior design is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
