Job Summary
Responsible for painting the interior and/or exterior areas of the property including assisting with scheduling of make ready units, preparing areas to be painted, painting designated areas, clean up of areas after painting and maintenance of the inventory of painting supplies and equipment.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Painting vacant apartment units.
- Cleaning units between turns.
- Other light maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of professional painting experience.
Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
Ability to complete tasks on a deadline.
Physical demands
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Ability to work outside in different elements.
Additional eligibility requirements
Valid and current Driver’s License
Must past a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report prior to first day of employment
Fair Housing certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days of employment (course provided by employer)
