Kicbac is a fast-growing fintech startup making payment processing more transparent and profitable for businesses and agents. We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help merchants, sales agents, and partners with technical troubleshooting, CRM management, and general operations support.
This role is perfect for someone who’s tech-savvy, resourceful, and excited to work in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support merchants, sales agents, and partners with payment processing, POS systems, and software integrations
- Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot preferred) to track onboarding, sales, and client interactions
- Troubleshoot APIs, SDKs, and e-commerce platforms. No coding required, but technical understanding is important
- Help partners integrate web platforms (WordPress, Shopify, and other e-commerce tools)
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and support
- Jump in where needed. This could include IT troubleshooting, social media content, or operational projects
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in tech support, IT, or fintech (bonus if you have payments experience)
- Comfortable with APIs, SDKs, and software integrations (you don’t need to code, but you should be able to read documentation and troubleshoot)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with website and e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar)
- A problem-solver who’s resourceful and proactive
- Someone who’s comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup
