Job Description:
1. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
2. Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for the next course.
3. Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, ect. in appropriate areas for washing.
4. Between seating promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
5. Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
6. Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest request to server as needed.
7. Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
8. Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
9. Thank guests as they are leaving.
10. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
11. Professional appearance (well-groomed).
12. Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
13. Preforms other duties and projects as required by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have basic math skills and cash handling skills.
- Must have very good communication skills.
- ABLE liquor License. Receipt will serve as license for 30 days.
- Food Handlers Permit within 30 days from date of hire.
- Ability to work any shifts, start time, weekends, and holidays.
- Documents that establish both Identity and Employment Eligibility.
- Kickapoo Tribal Gaming License.
