Description
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
- Exchange customers currency for checks(chips) and deposit paper currency in the proper container (drop box).
- Ensure the security of all gaming chips.
- Notify Floor Supervisor of any irregularies or disputes.
- Assist players in playing to established rules, policies and procedures.
- Maitain a constant vigilance of cards, ensuring the security of the games at all times.
- Esure wagers are placed before the cards are dealt.
- Keep assigned areas clean.
- Professional apperance (well groomed).
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
- Adhere to all approved policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of the application and completion of SAR (suspicious activity report).
- Policies and Procendure for Table Games Department.
- Progressive discipline procedure for attendance. and other violations.
