What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Dentist position at Kickapoo Tribal Health Center?
This position organizationally falls under the Dental Director of the Kickapoo Tribal Health Center and Associated Programs and Services as operated by the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma. Operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. or as may be needed to serve the health care needs of the population. The purpose of this position is to provide dental services to prevent, diagnose and treat problems of the teeth and mouth tissues, and also educate patients about how to care for their teeth and gums to avoid problems in the future.

Qualification Requirements:
Basic Requirements: Degree in dental surgery (D.D.S.) or dental medicine (D.M.D.) from a school approved by the Council on Dental Education, American Dental Association (ADA); or other dental school, provided the education and knowledge acquired was substantially equivalent to that of graduates from an ADA-approved school.
Licensure/ Experience:
Must be currently licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Oklahoma.
Two years of professional dentistry experience, required
