This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, people development, a relentless focus on customer success, and the potential to support post merger integration (M&A) for strategic acquisitions.

What the VP of Delivery will do:
- Delivery Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement the overall delivery strategy, processes, and standards. Translate business objectives into actionable plans for delivery teams. Collaborate with executive leadership to align delivery initiatives with company goals.
- Project & Program Management: Oversee a portfolio of client engagements to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Provide direction and support for project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. Implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to maintain visibility into project progress and performance.
- Team Development & Management: Build and mentor a diverse, world-class delivery organization, including project managers, consultants, and technical specialists. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth. Establish clear career paths, performance goals, and development plans for team members.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as an executive sponsor for high-value or strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Sales to drive new business and expand existing relationships. Resolve escalations swiftly, applying strategic problem-solving and executive communication skills.
- Operational Excellence: Standardize and scale delivery methodologies, best practices, and playbooks that align with company values and service offerings. Optimize tools, processes, and technology to support effective resource utilization and project tracking. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to improve efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and drive profitability.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the delivery budget, forecasts, and P&L for client projects. Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost controls, and margins. Track and report on operational and financial metrics to the executive team.
- Post-Merger Integration (M&A): Provide strategic leadership for integrating newly acquired teams, technologies, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive synergy realization, operational efficiency, and a cohesive culture post-acquisition.
- 10 years of experience in professional services or consulting, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership/management role
- Proven track record of successfully leading delivery teams and complex technology implementations (Salesforce or CRM experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with post-merger integration (M&A) or similar high-impact organizational transformations
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and related technologies is highly desirable
- Experience guiding digital transformation, data integration, and analytics initiatives is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a history of driving initiatives that align with high-level business goals
- Exceptional communicator and negotiator, adept at building trust with clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent in a distributed/remote environment
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth settings where adaptability and innovation are essential

- For candidates based in the United States, this position includes an annual base salary range of $225,000 - $260,000 USD and would be eligible for an additional bonus.
- Final compensation offers are based on level of experience, skillset, certifications, and education.
