We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be an advocate for our existing software clients, building strong relationships to enhance their experience, and ensure long-term satisfaction. Your mission will be to engage clients through regular outreach, gather valuable feedback, and recommend additional products that align with their needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively call and connect with existing software clients to understand their experience and needs.
- Foster strong client relationships by being friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in their success.
- Gather and document client feedback, sharing insights with the product team to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that enhance the client’s use of our software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
- Track client interactions and feedback using CRM tools to maintain organized records and spot trends.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural ability to build rapport and make people feel heard and valued.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Familiarity with software products and a quick learner when it comes to new technology.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
