Toddler Soccer Coach / Early Childhood Guide

Kickstart Toddler Soccer is a child motor skill development program designed around the sport of soccer.

You will be working with toddlers ages 18 months - 7 years old and sometimes their parents in a high energy environment as they work through a curriculum of activities.

Weekend availability is a must as well as some weekday time.

We operate out of multiple locations in Troy, Fraser, Shelby, Livonia, Washington, Oxford, and Flint.  You may be required to travel to these locations.

We provide training, soccer equipment, and all curriculum materials. We offer rewarding work in a great environment with the opportunity to inspire the youth soccer players of the community. At some centers, there will be multiple classes, meaning you will be instructing 2-5 consecutive sessions. • Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, and communicates well with Kickstart Director. • Organized: you plan ahead and are systematic in routine, conducting each session according to the lesson plan and working with children to maintain appropriate order for the age group. • Responsible you are committed to doing what is expected • Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director as well as parents, self-assured. • Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (18mo – 7 years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Kickstart class the best part of their week. You must be very outgoing and animated; able to be silly with the children. Experience with children is required. • Soccer: Soccer experience is a plus but is not necessary! • Transportation: Must have your own, reliable transportation and valid license and car insurance.  

This is a part time position.

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
