Full-time Baby Nanny

A bit about us: Hello, it’s nice to meet you! We are a warm and active family looking for a nurturing and empathetic nanny to care for our little one. Mom work from home and dad commutes to work: while our professional lives can get busy, we deeply value family time and connection. We love spending our free time outdoors, going for runs, enjoying local wineries, and listening to live music. Our baby thrives on routine, and we have a structured daily schedule in place to support his development. We’re seeking a nanny who will be a caring presence in our home, someone who embraces open communication, appreciates parent involvement, and will engage our child in meaningful play and exploration!

A bit about you: You are a compassionate and communicative nanny who prioritizes empathy in caregiving. You understand the importance of building a strong bond with both the child and the family. Your experience with infants allows you to anticipate their needs, and you are proactive in creating engaging activities that support development. You respect a work-from-home parent dynamic, ensuring a balance between independent care and parental involvement. Additionally, you are able to seamlessly handle light household tasks during downtimes such as baby nap times. If you are warm, attentive, and adaptable, you may be the perfect fit for our family.

Job Duties:

· Provide attentive and loving care for our little one, following his established daily routine.

· Engage in age-appropriate activities, including tummy time, interactive play, and reading.

· Manage daily feedings, diaper changes, and nap schedules.

· Assist with light household tasks, including child-related laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and light meal prep (such as cutting veggies).

· Maintain open and friendly communication with parents throughout the day.

Qualifications: Multiple years of experience caring for infants. Up-to-date infant related vaccinations, including COVID-19, flu, Tdap, and MMR. Reliable transportation to and from work.

and glowing references from recent nanny positions. Ability to multitask and manage household tasks during naps and downtimes. Comfortable working in a home where parents are present.

Schedule: M-F 7/8:00 AM – 3/4:00 PM

Pay: $32-$36/hr depending on schedule and experience
