What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Flexible Nanny position at Kid Care?
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $18–$20
- Overtime Rate: $27–$30
We are hiring experienced and enthusiastic nannies to support local families with infants and toddlers. This role includes Monday–Friday shifts during standard daytime hours. If you're warm, reliable, and love working with little ones, this could be a great fit. We welcome candidates with experience from nannying, babysitting, daycares, preschools, or church nurseries.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for working with children
- Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Strong communicator with families and coworkers
- Available to work at least five days a week for 6–9 hour shifts between 7am–7pm
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Minimum one year of hands-on infant care experience
- At least 18 years old
- Able to provide three references (two related to childcare and one personal)
- Dependable and safety-focused
