A bit about us: We are a warm and active family looking for a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for our curious and energetic 1-year-old daughter. Our little one loves reading, playing outside, and engaging in activities that spark creativity and learning. Both parents work from home, so we are seeking a nanny who is comfortable working in a home-based environment while maintaining an engaging and independent routine with our child. We hope you like dogs too, we have a friendly medium Labradoodle named Piper who would love to tag along for walks if you’re open to this. This position is a temporary role through the end of May, with the possibility of extending into the summer if it’s a great fit. A bit about you: You are a compassionate and patient caregiver with experience caring for young toddlers. You have a natural ability to connect with children on their level, creating a loving and reassuring environment. You enjoy planning engaging activities, reading stories, and fostering a child's curiosity through play. Creativity and empathy are key traits we’re looking for, as well as a strong background in toddler care. Being CPR and First Aid certified is a must, and fluency in French would be a bonus!
Job Duties:
· Provide attentive and nurturing care for our child throughout the day.
· Plan and engage in creative and stimulating activities, including reading, playtime, and outdoor walks.
· Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch.
· Maintain a gentle and patient approach while supporting emotional and developmental milestones.
· Handle light household tasks during nap times (dishes, wiping surfaces, folding laundry, etc.)
· No driving required, but our daughter would love to go outside for walks and fresh air.
Start Date: As soon as the right fit nanny can start!

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience caring for toddlers.
· CPR and First Aid certified.
· Fully vaccinated (COVID, flu, and baby-related vaccines.)
· Experience planning age-appropriate activities for young toddlers.
· Glowing references from recent childcare positions.
Set yourself apart: Bilingual in French. Background in early childhood education or Montessori methods. Passion for creative play and sensory activities.
Schedule: M-F 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Pay: $30-34/hr
