Responsibilities

- Provide attentive care to toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction among children.
- Utilize Montessori principles to facilitate independent learning and discovery.
- Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and educational goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other educators in planning activities that support child development across various domains.
Skills
