Three year old teacher/closer

Job Summary
Our selected candidate will come into the classroom during nap time and complete the afternoon curriculum with our three year old friends. This position has the potential to become full time. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Closer to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting students' learning and development, particularly in areas such as childhood development, literacy education, and math. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while providing individualized support to students.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote childhood development and literacy education.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to address individual student needs, including those in special education.
• Develop lesson plans that incorporate math concepts and promote critical thinking skills.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
