Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in preschool-aged children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress through standardized testing and observational assessments.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support child welfare and development.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with toddler care principles and childhood development theories.
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and child welfare practices is a plus.
- Previous experience in lesson planning for young learners is beneficial.
- Experience working in private school settings can be an advantage.
