We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and functional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with facilities maintenance, and the ability to supervise maintenance activities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Maintain grounds
- Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Help put together necessary equipment to maintain business success
- Conduct in house necessary building maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency and necessity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to supervise a small team effectively, ensuring high-quality work standards.
- Excellent command of English for clear communication with team members and management.
- Able to do multiple areas: Jacksonville and Washington, NC
- Experience in residential painting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
