Position Overview : We’re hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians who are motivated to support others. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you’ll work with clients in various settings, using ABA techniques to meet personalized goals and support skill-building in areas like communication and self-care.
Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized behavior plans to meet client needs.
- Record and document client behaviors and achievements accurately.
- Promote social and life skills development.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for skill growth.
- Work alongside other professionals to continuously refine interventions.
