What are the responsibilities and job description for the OT position at Kid Clan?
• Evaluate students’ motor skills, sensory needs, and daily functional abilities.
• Create therapy plans in collaboration with the IEP team and stakeholders.
• Offer direct therapy services to individuals and groups.
• Integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom environment with teacher support.
• Assist students in learning social skills and emotional regulation.
• Document progress, adjust goals as needed, and share outcomes with key parties.
• Educate parents, teachers, and school staff on supporting therapy goals.
• Ensure compliance with professional and legal documentation standards.
• Accredited Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active or eligible state licensure.
