- Monitor and assess each child's development and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, progress, and behavior

Qualifications:
- CDA (preferred)
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting

- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and implement effective teaching strategies
