As an EDDA, you will assist dentists and hygienists during various procedures, including fillings, crowns, and root canals. You will also prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, manage patient flow, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements
We require a certification as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) or equivalent, current CPR/BLS certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You should have a strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment, as well as excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
