About You
- You must hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- You must have a current, valid dental license to practice in the state or be able to obtain one.
- You must have DEA certification.
- You must hold CPR/BLS certification (or be able to obtain it).
