Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant-Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. As a Infant-Toddler Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development while fostering a love of learning.
Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Monitor, assess, document children's progress, using TS gold
- Maintain classroom management to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Incorporate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures.
Skills
- Infant-Toddler CDA Preferred or willingness ton obtain Infant-Toddler CDA.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with infants and toddlers in childcare
- Familiarity with special education strategies to support diverse learners.
- Understanding of childhood development milestones and age-appropriate practices.
- Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
- Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to different learning styles.
- Adult/Pediatric First aid & CPR certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.55 per hour
