What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Service Sales Representative position at Kid Stuff Marketing?

Kid Stuff currently has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Account Service Sales Representative. This is an hourly position responsible for sales and providing customer service on the phone to new and existing customers. The primary focus is making outbound calls to customers, but also includes handling inbound inquiries, building customer relationships over the phone, order processing, data entry and educating customers on products. Applicants must have strong selling skills, previous customer service and phone experience and the ability to achieve sales quotas. Inside sales experience a plus. Friendly and professional phone etiquette required. Must have the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, have strong computer skills and good listening skills. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to an existing customer base and securing new accounts. Experience working in the foodservice and/or toy industry is a plus.
