Are you passionate about helping others and creating a fun, welcoming shopping experience? Kid to Kid Idaho Falls is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a warm, upbeat attitude and assist them with their shopping experience
- Explain the buyback process and answer questions about how we purchase and resell gently used kids' items
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer inquiries with a smile
- Assist with sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise to keep our store organized and inviting
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a fast-paced, fun retail environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills – You love interacting with people and making their day better
- Positive, energetic attitude – You bring enthusiasm to every shift and enjoy a lively retail setting
- Retail or resale experience is helpful but not required
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
