Overview:
We are seeking a Supplemental Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team at Kid to Kid. This position is ideal for individuals who want extra hours without the commitment of a second job. Responsibilities:

• Hanging and Tagging: Assist with the preparation of merchandise for the sales floor by hanging clothes and ensuring each item is correctly tagged.
• Flexible Shift Coverage: Pick up shifts from scheduled employees when needed. This may include working early mornings, before the store opens, or late nights after closing to support store operations.
• Weekend Support: Available to work on Sundays to help us catch up after busy weekends and ensure our store is fully stocked and organized.

Schedule and Flexibility:

• No Fixed Schedule: You’ll have the ability to create your own schedule based on available shifts, allowing for flexibility around your other commitments.
• Shift Options: Hours range from 5-30 hours per week depending on store needs and your availability.
• Ideal for Extra Hours: Perfect for someone who wants to earn extra income and get out of the house, but doesn’t want the commitment of a second job.
• Work When It Works for You: You’ll be able to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, with hours along with our regular scheduled hours based on what’s available and your preferences.

Compensation:

• Pay will reflect your progress and completion of tasks, as well as the hours you work. You’ll have the opportunity to earn more as you complete key tasks and contribute to the store’s needs as well as earn an employee discount working the minimum hours of the supplemented hours.
