Responsibilities :
- Interact with students during classes, camps, and parties.
- Play a leadership role when the Studio Manager or Studio Owner is not present.
- Act as a liaison between staff and customers, providing high-quality customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations.
- Train, mentor, and advise studio employees to ensure optimal operations.
- Ensure reliable transportation and be able to travel up to 20 miles.
- Foster teamwork and encourage a creative environment.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Enjoy making a mess and believe kids should be messy too!
