Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Analyst position is responsible for supporting the recruiting process from candidate sourcing to placement, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates during the initial stages of the interview process. The Talent Acquisition Analyst is also responsible for supporting the onboarding process from offer creation, negotiation, initiating background, coordinating new hire arrival and conducting new hire orientation. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Analyst will support recruiting and onboarding data analytics and reporting while developing and implementing the centralized recruiting process and onboarding process for Kidder Mathews.
Essential Functions
Assist with the recruiting process from candidate sourcing to placement
Utilize Human Resources Information System, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor and other recruiting systems and methods to search, source, and obtain applicants and candidates and create reporting on open roles
Screen applicants and sourcing resumes
Manage assigned requisition load of 10-20 requisitions at a time
Partner with Hiring Managers on in-take meetings and developing departmental recruitment strategies
Build and maintain pipelines of both passive and active candidates
Manage candidate status for open, on-hold, filled and closed requisitions
Schedule and conduct phone screens, interviews and assessments
Facilitate the interview process by communicating effectively to candidates and hiring managers
Produce weekly open jobs list and send out to the organization
Produce weekly recruiting and onboarding analytics through PowerBI reporting
Post open positions on professional job sites, boards, and social media
Source candidates through social media, professional sites, and job sites
Generate and negotiate offer letters, status changes, transfer and promotion letters
Conduct background checks and new hire trainings
Hire candidates and update employee statuses in Human Resources Information System
Coordinate new hires arrivals and conduct New Hire Orientation
Collect new hires feedback and provide analytics on monthly basis
Coordinate and participate with local and virtual recruiting events
Support creation of job descriptions
Drive a positive candidate experience in the hiring process
Maintain professional working relationships with both internal and external customers
Other Functions
Perform other duties and projects requested
May travel to recruiting events as needed

Education/certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience and education preferred
Experience Required
3-5 years of related experience
3 years’ experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Human Resources Information Systems preferred
Experience developing recruiting and onboarding processes preferred
Experience recruiting commercial real estate professionals
Required Knowledge
Understanding of full cycle recruiting processes
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of computer and internet applications, recruiting systems and data management
Skills and Ability
The ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment
The ability to work in fast paced, result and task-oriented environments
High level written and verbal communication skills
