Job Summary

The major function of this role is to assist with broker research requests for information from a variety of data systems along with team-based research projects.
The Research Coordinator is responsible for fielding research requests from brokers and appraisers, entering day to day comps and listings, and special research projects.
Essential Functions
- Develop submarket/city reports for marketing materials accurately and on time
- Assist brokers with research requests through a centralized ticketing system
- Enter daily listings into a proprietary system on behalf of the Research team accurately and on time
- Enter external Comps from a variety of sources accurately and on time
- Research and validate data accuracy using proprietary, online and subscription resources
- Manage broker expectations regarding data entry and on the timeliness of deliverables
- Update, attach documents, and enter new listings as needed
- Conduct and/or participate in special research projects as requested
- Perform other duties or projects as requested
Skills and Ability
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to speak, write and understand English
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to learn internal computer software systems and process with limited oversight

- 1-year relevant experience, commercial real estate experience preferred, but not necessary
- This is a standard office environment with standard office noise like talking, office equipment, etc.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is rarely active but may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The employee must frequently sit and use a computer for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities are required to do this job including close vision. The employee must sometimes lift and/or move items up to 10 pounds.
