What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire young learners using Kiddie Academy’s Life Essentials curriculum
- Create engaging lesson plans and ensure a fun, safe, and clean classroom environment
- Foster social, academic, and emotional growth for each child
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in team-building events and staff meetings
- Maintain classroom equipment and ensure it’s in top shape
- Support children through daily activities, meals, and clean-up
- Keep communication open with families and attend academy events
- Take on new challenges and grow with us, whether that’s stepping up to lead the classroom or participating in workshops!

DCFS Lead Teacher Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
