Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring their full participation in classroom activities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.
Requirements
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is essential.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special educational needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Pay: $13.94 - $14.46 per hour
