Responsibilities:
- Exhibits a caring and nurturing personality.
- Maintains a positive attitude and is enthusiastic about working with children.
- Responsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children.
- Generally assisted in the classroom by an assistant teacher.
- Ensures that all parents, children, and classroom staff concerns are appropriately addressed.
- Develops a creative program suitable for their age groups.
- Tracks childrens progress and reports to parents.
- Maintains a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
- Carries out all job duties, including following the classroom schedule, implementing all lesson plans, and following the classroom checklist as well as state and Kiddie Academy regulations.
- Previous experience working with children
- Early childhood education or related degree/certification
- Passion for early childhood development and education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
Salary : $13 - $20
