Job Overview
Our NAEYC accredited and Keystone STAR 4 academy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Director to lead our Early childhood educational facility. The Center Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and creating a nurturing environment for both students and staff. This role requires an energetic leader, knowledge of educational standards and the ability to continue to grow the center.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the center’s operations, including staffing, budgeting, and program development.
• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse student populations.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an engaging learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to ensure academic success.
• Increase enrollment in the school.
• Promote connection among families in the school
• .Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through professional development opportunities for staff.

Experience

• Four year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related area of Childhood development preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams and fostering collaboration among staff members.
• Highly dependable and professional.
• Ability to tour the school and increase enrollment.
