As an Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our educational programs. This position is essential in ensuring the highest standards of care and education, contributing to our mission of nurturing children's growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Guide tours to provide families an understanding of the services provided at the preschool.
- Assist the Director in managing the overall operations of the Academy.
- Support staff in implementing the Life Essentials curriculum effectively.
- Oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive environment for children, staff, and parents through effective communication.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives to enhance program offerings.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to teaching staff, promoting professional development.
- Engage with families to build strong relationships and address their needs.
Qualifications
- CDA is required for this position
- Proven experience in education administration or child care management.
