Kiddie Academy® has been preparing young minds for future success since 1981. With over 300 independently owned franchises across the United States, we provide quality educational childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our innovative Life Essentials® curriculum emphasizes activity-based, hands-on learning, making education fun for both children and teachers. We believe in nurturing a lifelong love of learning that children can carry from our Academies into their homes and communities.
Position Overview:
As a Curriculum Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting our teaching staff in implementing our curriculum effectively. You will guide teachers in developing engaging lesson plans and fostering a positive learning environment. Your experience and passion for early childhood education will help us create a cohesive educational experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach teachers on the effective implementation of the Kiddie Academy curriculum.
- Develop and facilitate professional development workshops for staff.
- Collaborate with educators to create age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on curriculum and student progress.
- Ensure classroom environments are safe, clean, and organized.
- Assess curriculum effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff.
Skills:
- Extensive experience working with children in a daycare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Familiarity with daycare regulations and child welfare guidelines.
- Passion for educating young children and fostering their love of learning.
- Effective classroom management techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- CDA, Associate’s degree, TCC or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. ( Required)
- At least 5 years of experience as a lead teacher, with a commitment to nurturing child development.
- Meet Georgia state licensing requirements for Early Childhood professional qualifications.
- Candidates must pass a state and company background check.

Pay: $16.15 - $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
