WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist in multiple classrooms, supporting teachers and ensuring smooth daily transitions
- Supervise and engage children in a nurturing and structured environment
- Follow Kiddie Academy policies and Idaho state childcare regulations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Ensure a smooth and positive transition for children and families during evening pickup
- Work closely with lead teachers to support curriculum activities
- Help children with meals, hygiene, and safety needs
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- A passion for working with children and fostering a positive learning environment
- A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
- Ability to adapt and assist in different classrooms as needed
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Physical ability to work at children's eye level and lift up to 40 lbs if needed
- Must pass Idaho state background check
- Previous childcare experience preferred but not required
