Duties

- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Engage with students during activities, providing guidance and encouragement to promote learning.
- Help supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
- Prepare classroom materials and assist with lesson planning to enhance educational experiences.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a school or daycare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Experience in special education or working with diverse learning needs is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
