Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Floater Teacher to support our educators in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment for young children. Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the needs of preschool children.
- Support literacy education initiatives by engaging students in reading activities and promoting a love for learning.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation from all students, including those with varying abilities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
Experience
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in literacy education is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with students and their families effectively.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all learners, particularly those with special needs or developmental challenges.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 10:30AM-6:30PM
