Preschool Lead Teacher

Kiddie Academy is looking for a FUN and Experienced PRESCHOOL TEACHER!. The desired candidate must have a love for children, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for teaching. Candidate must have the following educational requirements; Child Development Certificate (CDA), Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree or 60 college credits including 6 ECE.!

 Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Follow all licensing regulations and guidelines for childcare centers.

 Skills:

• Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet educational objectives.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on their level.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and implementing daily activities.

 Salary: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
