We are hiring PRESCHOOL TEACHERS here at KIDDIE ACADEMY OF WOODFOREST in the beautiful master planned community located in MONTGOMERY, TX 77316 called, WOODFOREST - www.woodforesttx.com
We are looking to grow our team as the demand for high quality child care is at an all time high. As such, we are very excited to explore new candidates. Here is a brief description.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with toileting and diapering as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area
- Communicate with parents about their child's day and any concerns or updates
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain proper documentation

Experience:
- Previous experience in a childcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to provide attentive and compassionate care to children of all ages
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Understanding of childhood development milestones
- Experience with toddler care and potty training is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills
Skills:

- First aid/CPR certification is preferred, but not required (we can get your certified)
- Behavior management techniques (nice to have something in your bag of tricks)
- Toddler care expertise (age range of Infants to 2 Years Old)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
