We are seeking highly qualified Preschool Teachers to work with children ages two and three years old to join us at Kiddie Academy of Roseville. The role involves teaching and preparing young children for Kindergarten and beyond, requiring a great love and patience for children.
Kiddie Academy's curriculum is called Life Essentials.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Preschool Teachers for two to three year old's include implementing best practices, implementing Kiddie Academy curriculum, health and safety procedures and preschool educational methods. This involves creating a conducive learning environment that fosters engagement and development in young children. The more predictable your environment is the more learning can happen, so we expect to follow a predictable daily schedule and maintain classroom structure through routines. The teachers are expected to engage children effectively by creating stimulating and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth. Building trust and earning the attention of the children is crucial to their healthy mental and emotional development, as it creates a secure and nurturing environment for them to thrive in. We work as a team to build meaningful connections
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have knowledge of preschool educational methods, the ability to engage children, and earn their trust and attention. Additionally, candidates must have a great love and patience for children.
Education and Certification Requirements:

Teacher Qualifications
A permit issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing authorizing service in the care, development, and instruction of children in a child care and development program. This can be either of the following permits:
- Regular Children’s Center Instructional Permit
- Limited Children’s Center Instructional Permit
- Emergency Children’s Center Instructional Permit
- Child Development Master Teacher Permit
- Child Development Teacher Permit
- Child Development Associate Teacher Permit (Note: This permit authorizes the holder to supervise Assistant Permit holders and an aide.)
OR
A current credential issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing authorizing teaching service in elementary school or a single subject credential in home economics, and 12 units in ECE and/or CD or two years’ experience in early childhood education or a child care and development program.
