Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Floater Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves developing lesson plans, implementing educational activities, and ensuring the overall welfare of students in the classroom.
Duties
- Educate and engage preschool students through creative lesson planning and interactive activities.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations to tailor instruction to individual needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that promotes child welfare and supports childhood development.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain an organized classroom that encourages exploration and learning while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Document student achievements and maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information.
Qualifications .
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting is highly desirable.
- Strong strategies.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures for early childhood education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
