Kiddie Academy of Noblesville is a renowned leader in education-based child care. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds and preparing children aged 12 months to 2 years of age achieve success in life through hands on care with our Life Essentials Curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach that follows company and state guidelines.
- Implement teaching and routines through the Life Essentials Curriculum to help students learn and grow.
- Conduct Assessments and track students daily progress and activity.
- Maintain a clean and replenished classroom.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and milestones.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications:
- Passion to work with children
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- ILEAD Training Hours
- The Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
