Who Should Apply?

- Early Childhood Education: Preschool Teacher, Daycare Provider, Teaching Assistant, Paraprofessional, Substitute Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a structured and nurturing classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Implement engaging, age-appropriate activities such as sensory play, music, early STEM, arts and crafts, and storytelling
- Promote positive interactions and social skills among children
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in compliance with childcare regulations
- Track developmental progress and communicate with parents to support each child’s learning journey
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to create a positive and enriching learning environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching, childcare, or youth development (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to create an inclusive, structured, and engaging learning environment
- CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
