Who Should Apply?

We welcome candidates with backgrounds in education, childcare, social services,those transitioning from related fields. Transferable experience includes:

• Early Childhood Education: Preschool Teacher, Daycare Provider, Teaching Assistant, Paraprofessional, Substitute Teacher
• Child & Family Support Services: ABA Therapist, Behavioral Aide, Social Worker, Youth Mentor
• Health & Caregiving Roles: Nanny, Home Daycare Provider, Pediatric Healthcare Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a structured and nurturing classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Implement engaging, age-appropriate activities such as sensory play, music, early STEM, arts and crafts, and storytelling
• Promote positive interactions and social skills among children
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in compliance with childcare regulations
• Track developmental progress and communicate with parents to support each child’s learning journey
• Work collaboratively with fellow educators to create a positive and enriching learning environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching, childcare, or youth development (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with children, parents, and staff
• Ability to create an inclusive, structured, and engaging learning environment
• CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
