Coordinating the curriculum, mange day-to-day activities of the classroom. Understand children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a sage and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide other teachers and resolve parental concerns.
Duties
- implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with children and families.
- Communicate with families, teacher, and support staff.
- Light cleaning duties.
- Meet the needs of children in a caring manner.
Requirements
- We are willing to train great candidates in SIDS, Abusive head trauma, CPR, and other entry level child care classes.
