Assistant Teacher - Infant Room

Position: Infant Room Teacher - EXPERIENCED (2 YEARS REQUIRED) Starting March 3, 2025 Hours: Monday-Friday, beginning at 7:00 AM Full-time or Part-time (must be available for 7:00 AM start time)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 YEARS of direct infant/toddler classroom experience REQUIRED
• Early childhood education credits/coursework
• Must meet DHS requirements for working in a childcare center

Our Infant Program: Join our NAEYC-accredited center where you'll nurture our youngest learners through their critical first year of development! In our infant room, you'll:

• Create individualized care plans for each baby, supporting their unique developmental journey
• Maintain consistent communication with families through daily reports and updates
• Design and implement engaging sensory experiences and floor time activities
• Partner with parents during key milestones like transitioning to solid foods and early mobility
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following all DHS and NAEYC standards
• Document daily routines including feedings, diaper changes, and nap schedules
• Work with state-of-the-art equipment in our modern infant facilities
