Position Overview:
Kiddie Kollege Childcare Campus 2 is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School-Age Teacher to join our team! This part-time position involves creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for school-age children during after-school hours. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for working with children and helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
$100 Sign-On Bonus After 90 Days!
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 2:30 PM – 6:15 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assist with after-school activities, snacks, and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Maintain a healthy, engaging, and safe childcare environment.
- Adapt activities to meet the individual needs and interests of each child.
- Interact positively with children to encourage their involvement and development.
- Build strong, productive relationships with families, providing updates on children’s progress.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and sign-in/out sheets.
- Collaborate with the team to create a fun and interactive environment.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in recommended training programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check in accordance with Ohio state regulations.
- Ability to interact positively with children and communicate professionally with parents.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and passionate about working with school-age children.
